結局「blog」って何よ？
日々の業務に追われ、何も成し遂げぬまま時間だけが過ぎ、そして年をとっていくんだろうな、と。でも、そういった人たちが世の中の大半なのではないだろうか。だから、人は結婚し、子供を育てるのかな…と。
自分に対して何かがどこからか訪れるのを待っていても何も変わらない。自分からリスクをとって、失敗を恐れずに行動しないと何も変わらない。そういう意味で言えば、blogの言葉は導火線みたいなもので、その先に行動が無いと意味がない感じがする。

Here's to the crazy ones.
クレージーな人たちがいる。
The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers.
反逆者、厄介者と呼ばれる人たち。
The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.
四角い穴に、丸い杭を打ち込むように物事をまるで違う目で見る人たち。

They're not fond of rules. And the have no respect for the status quo.
彼らは規則を嫌う。彼らは現状を肯定しない。

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify them or vilify them.
彼らの言葉に心をうたれる人がいる。反対する人も、賞賛する人も、けなす人もいる。
About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
しかし、彼らを無視することは誰にもできない。

Because they change things.
なぜなら、彼らは物事を変えたからだ。
They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire.
彼らは発明した。創造した。人の心を癒し、奮い立たせてくれた。
They push the human race forward.
彼らは人間を前進させた。

Maybe they have to be crazy.
彼らは人と違った発想をする。
How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art?
そうでなければ、何もないキャンバスの上に芸術作品は見えてくるだろうか？
Or sit in silence and hear a song that's never been written?
いったい誰が沈黙の中に座って、まだつくられていない音楽を聴けるだろうか？
Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?
赤い惑星をじっと見つめて、車輪に乗った実験室を見ることが出来るだろうか？

We make tools for these kinds of people.
私たちは、そんな人たちのための道具を作る。
While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
クレージーと言われる人たちを、私たちは天才だと思う。

Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
自分が世界を変えられると本気で信じる人たちこそが、本当に世界を変えているのだから。
